Who is responsible for your information?

Mighty STEM is the controller of the personal information collected through this waiting list. For privacy questions or requests, email missestruch@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect the name, email address and audience role you choose in the waiting-list form, such as student, parent, teacher or private tutor. Our website and email provider may also receive standard technical information, including your IP address, browser and the time of submission.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage the waiting list and send Mighty STEM launch news, early-access information and related product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. Joining is optional and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it

The form and mailing list are provided by EmailOctopus, which processes information on our behalf. The page also loads fonts from Google. These providers receive the information needed to deliver their services, including standard connection data. Read the EmailOctopus privacy notice and Google privacy policy.

If a supplier processes information outside the UK, the transfer must use an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep waiting-list information until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the launch list is no longer needed. We may retain the minimum information necessary on a suppression list so that we continue to respect an unsubscribe request.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy.

If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to join the waiting list on your behalf.
